Being a pioneer in the IT market in Egypt, ITE Corp created and developed a program that enables fresh graduates to sharpen their skills, build solid knowledge in IT Solutions, and quickly digest practical techniques in implementation, support, and consulting, responding to customer requirements and issues. This Fresh Graduates Readiness Program (FGRP) has been there for 15 years, and we are glad to announce that we are now running the 10th round.

Taking the responsibility of running the FGRP annually aims to:

• • Build the right caliber for the industry, based on real market demand.
• • Discover and develop the skills of future colleagues to be ready to jump-start in real jobs.
• • Maintain and sustain the Quality Caliber of our Technical team delivering top-quality services.
• • Promote the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility in the IT Market.

The FGRP takes the selected candidate through a 5 months program journey, gradually from common concepts of IT step by step towards sophisticated solutions of Digital Transformation; meanwhile and in parallel to this technical knowledge, we keep track of the development of their personal and business skills to get them ready for the stage of Real Internship, then passing ITE Corp Internship period, they become ready to perform real jobs in ITE Corp or in other companies in the market.
